How much is the shipping fee?

It’s very simple.

Buy 1 or 2 - Shipping fee: $10 USD 
Buy 3 or more - Free Shipping  

*Orders are mainly shipped by E-Packet (Air Mail Service- Japan Post). Due to the influence of COVID-19, there are some countries that Japan Post do not service, in this case we will send it by DHL.

When will my order arrive?

All items will be shipped from our warehouse in Japan, so delivery times will vary according to distance. We expect shipping to take between 3-18 days.

*During the holiday season, items may take longer to clear customs.

*Please be aware that delivery times can be delayed due to customs inspections, in the case of natural disasters, and other reasons such as postal strikes. 　

Taxes & Customs Duties

Import duties, taxes, VAT, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

*Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

*Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company. These fees are not additional shipping charges.

*We won't under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and international laws.

Cancellation Policy

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. If you want to cancel, please contact us immediately.

Free Size Exchanges

If you would like to make an exchange for a different size, please contact us at info@baraille.club within 14 days of receiving your item.

Exchanges are free of charge.

*Free exchange applies to first-time customers only and to only one item.

Return Policy

If the item is defective, please take a picture and send it to us via email within 14 days after you have received the item. We will refund the amount you paid minus the shipping cost.
